What was your state of health prior to Sevenpointfive? 

I had constant phlegm in my throat, no energy and was very depressed.

What change did you first notice once on the Sevenpointfive Program?

I did everything that Christo suggested, even got the right water filter. I had terrible head and body aches. I thought that I was getting the flu. After about 4 days, my symptoms started disappearing and I started feeling better.

How has Sevenpointfive changed your quality of life?

I have better energy, and best of all, my mind is a lot clearer. My throat cleared up and my hay fever is gone. I have more zest for life, and the depressed feeling is no more!
